Hello everyone
If you're going away on holiday in the next few months, you might like
to suspend your mail from Eurotalk while you're away so you don't end up
with an overflowing in tray on your return!
To do this, send a message to [log in to unmask] with the following
text in the body of the message
suspend mail eurotalk
stop
When you return, you can resume your mail by sending the following
message
resume mail eurotalk
stop
Please note - these commands must be sent to [log in to unmask] NOT
[log in to unmask] which is the address for sending messages to the
list.
If any of you have 'automatic replies' set when you're out of the
office, please could you investigate turning them off for Eurotalk. If
you don't do this, Eurotalk members sending messages end up with lots of
'automatic replies'. If you can't do this, please suspend your mail
from Eurotalk when you're away.
Best wishes to all for a relaxing summer
Catherine
