Parliament Business
The European Parliament is in recess from Friday 21 July. Normal
business will resume in the week beginning Monday 28th August with
meetings of the Budgetary Control, Citizens' Freedoms, Economic,
Employment, Environment, Agriculture, and Fisheries Committees
(Brussels).
4-8 September, 2000: Parliament session in Strasbourg. Click here for

Echelon Committee
Parliament's temporary committee of inquiry into the Echelon electronic
surveillance system gets down to business in Strasbourg on 5th
September.
Bruges: The EU and International Affairs seminar organised by the
College of Europe and the Trans European Policy Studies Association
(TEPSA) -- 4th to 9th September 2000. Further details from
