I am afraid that I have greater confidence in my nursing colleagues than does
Mike.
I have no problem with properly trained nursing staff clearing the C-Spine
clinically and I can recall a paper in one of the Journals reporting the success
of such a scheme.
We need to break down the barriers between the nursing profession and the
medical profession by getting rid of thes silly rules about "only a doctor can
do that".
