EURO ENVIRONMENT 2000 conference in Aalborg, Denmark from 18 - 20 October
2000
Leading decision makers from business, government and influential
environmental organisations will be gathering in Aalborg, Denmark on October
18-20, 2000 for the 2nd biennial international EURO ENVIRONMENT conference
to discuss the visions, strategies and concrete actions necessary for a
sustainable development into the next millennium.
Following the success of the 1998 conference we invite all who are
interested in industry's environmental performance to attend the conference
in October. At EURO ENVIRONMENT 2000 central actors from business will meet
representatives from key organisations and authorities to discuss how to
make a joint effort to address global environmental problems.
The conference will be feeding into the Rio +10 process and key speakers
will present views on how to take the process initiated by the UNCED summit
in 1992 into the next phase. At the conference business and its stakeholders
have an opportunity to identify common business issues and to send a clear
message to the RIO +10 summit.
As usual, the conference will feature top level speakers representing
