Just because a site lets you buy products and as has commercial elements
does not make it a bad site. In fact given the fact we all buy and use
products, the more choice and ways of buying them we have, the better.
I personally found some of the articles very good and thought provoking, and
how you can say that their debate facility does not offer free flowing
debate is beyond me. In some ways I actually prefer it. For example, where
appropriate, you can get cross profession debate going as it includes
Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths an Physio's. Did you go to the same
site?
I think anything aimed at getting practitioners talking whether through
mailbase, north-wood.co.uk or any other new site that comes along should be
supported.
