The Intellectual Property Rights Helpdesk has produced a CD-ROM for the
SME and R&D community throughout the EU and associate states.
This free CD-ROM contains:
1. An offline copy of the IPR-Helpdesk website in English, French and
German.
2. Selected IPR-Helpdesk presentation material in FLASH format.
3. IPR guides and tutorials, including esp@cenet, developed by
IPR-Helpdesk.
4. A video presentation of the IPR-Helpdesk in English, French and

This CD-ROM has been produced to assist innovators and the SME
communities understand and protect their Intellectual Property Rights
(IPR).
