In a patient who presents with pleuritic chest pain and a low clinical probability of PE is it reasonable to conclude that a normal CXR, ECG, ABG, and D-dimer effectively exclude a PE ? %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
