Lynn,
Don't know if this of any interest to you but we did a recent bit of work for The
Co-operative Bank looking at how they could use indicators to monitor the impact on
both social and ecological considerations of decisions made on how they deliver banking
services. The work is reported in the Banks second partnership report. The latest
partnership report is available at http://www.co-operativebank.co.uk/
If you want further information, please feel free to email me.
