NEW Ph.D. STUDENTSHIPS AVAILABLE
The following studentships are available from October 2000 for
3-year programmes of study leading to the degree of Ph.D. Enquiries
and applications are welcome from recent or prospective graduates
possessing, or expecting, a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours
degree in a relevant biological sciences subject.
Support grants of £6620 (currently under review) are provided, with
fees paid and a generous research budget. Good opportunities for
paid part-time demonstrating (up to a maximum of 6hr/week) are
provided. If you are interested in research in one of these areas,
and would like to join a lively Department with excellent
supervision and training opportunities, please contact the relevant
Director of Studies for further information.
