Jane,
coming from a baground in neuro and craniosacral and having quite a few
incomplete spinal patients in treatment I would not hesitate to recommend a
craniosacral and neuro approach. Skills in physiotherapy are as much about
listening hands as 'doing' and what seems particularly poignant is
relationship with baby, and between mum and baby. If the spinal injury is
traumatic the work of Peter Levine ("Walking the Tiger") will be helpful.
maybe this will help just as a pointer.
