As tendonitis is often caused by an overuse injury, you need to make
sure that the technique of the movement is as perfect as possible.
Faulty biomechanics plus repetition spells disaster.
Check biomechnaics are efficient and there is good postural control
especially in the muscles stabilising the shoulder and pelvic girdle
areas.
