SOAP's sound excellent but I have several problems with this approach -
The search though described did not include the search terms used, nor the
results. They did not say why they selected the articles and made no attempt
to appraise the articles. their outcomes were difficult to follow and there
was no attempt to present the data in an ebm format with NNT's etc.
so a good attempt but quite a long way to go before it is transparrently
reliable.
