CUTG PROCEEDINGS
The CUTG Proceedings series from Peter Lang is a new venture
presenting a selection of papers given at the annual Conference of
University Teachers of German in Great Britain and Ireland. The
volumes are intentionally broad-based, bringing together articles on
literary and cultural studies, language and linguistics, media studies
and institutions, to reflect the range of scholarly activity being
conducted by Germanists and also to meet the needs of teachers of
modern languages whose interests increasingly cover wider areas.
Volume 1 contains papers delivered at the Sixty-First Meeting of the
CUTG (University of Leicester, 6-8 April 1998):
Steve Giles and Peter Graves (eds), *From Classical Shades to
Vickers Victorious: Shifting Perspectives in British German Studies*
(Berne: Peter Lang, 1999). 257pp. ISBN 3-906763-03-X.
The full price is £24.00, but it is available to paid-up CUTG members
at the discounted price of £17.00. For full ordering details, see the
CUTG website:
