Dear Kala,
get yourself a demo copy of ATLAS.ti (www.atlasti.de). It lets you do
extensive hyperlinking with specified and user-definable link relations
(eg. "supports", "warrants", "contradicts"). You can dump your project to
HTML for presentation purposes, including network synopsis and images, but
alas, not with the data segments and links.
