That's very interesting, seeing as when I was at Eur-Op in mid-December I
asked about this. I was told that they would retain the 2 digit format as
other people (the Austrian government/library or something) have systems
that rely on the Celex number with 2 digits. The reply also indicated that
if you use two OR four digits it will still work. Has anybody tried this?
