After all the unhappy postings from rightly aggrieved colleagues, here
is what makes it all worthwhile: A shift today in which:
The SHO's learnt how to aspirate elbows
Sedated someone safely
Called for advice promptly
Pulled wrists properly first time
visibly enjoyed the medicine they were practicing
................and in which we managed a chest stabbing well.
Needless to say we were a little quiet and had time to think!
There's been a lot of misery on the list in the last few days, so I hope
that we in 'Arlow send a ray of hope to us all!
