For someone from Singapore, I'd suggest the Outdoor Education and Nature
Tourism program at LaTrobe University in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia (2
hours north of Melbourne). In the USA, try the University of New
Hampshire's program, Durham 1 hour north of Boston) or the one at Georgia
College and State University in Milledgeville (2 hours southeast of
Atlanta). These would be the top three undergraduate programs that I am
aware of, but positions are very competitive: only a few get accepted from
a long list of applicants. I don't think programs in Canada or New Zealand
come close enough (yet) to consider anywhere near the calibre of these. If
they don't work out, ask them for their alternative ideas.
