All manual records are covered.
You should never put anything in writing that you wouldn't like the
student to see.
That goes for examiners just as much as for bureaucrats like me.
"Blunt" comments should be avoided: use circumlocutions instead and keep
us wordsmiths in a job.
The postulated exemption for exam scripts is (to the best of my
knowledge) still unclear as to whether it covers the markers comments as
well as the scripts themselves. Anybody know better please?
