Another pseudo class for the A tag which I quite like is A:hover which is
effective when the mouse hovers over the link. AFAIK, this only works with
IEv4+ but it looks great. Avoid using it to change the size of the text
though and that includes emboldening the text. It kind of looks odd when the
browser has to rearrange all of the text everytime you move the mouse over a
link.
