The bounding box is the size of the space (in mm^3) one frame covers. So
the size of the bounding box is (x voxel size in mm * x image size in
voxels) * (y voxel size in mm * y image size in voxels) * (z voxel size
in mm * z image size in voxels). A normalised image has the same
bounding box as the template used for normalisation.

It shouldn't. But it's not very useful to use lots of different bounding
boxes.
