Dear Spm'ers,
I'm trying to assure that the activation centroids are on a particular gyrus
using the extracted surface in a subject-specific manner (SPM99). In
addition, I would like to measure distances along the gyrus. However, the
results only allow localization on the 'sections' and 'slices' overlays, and
there is no marker on the surface renderings.
I'm currently playing with a couple of ideas: overlaying the activity on the
gray matter segments (which is quite hard to interpret) and trying to add a
marker to the renderings (which will follow the position of the arrow
markers).
Any ideas / programming tips / other programs for doing this would be
greatly appreciated.
thanks,
Shy Shoham
