Dear John,
Simply use the m_slice program after you have displayed the statistical
results from the "results" button. When you display the results, move the
cursor to the top of the brain, evoke the program and select a V001.img
anatomical file on which to display the activation results. The program
will peel a maximum of 24 slices downward from where the cursor was when
you evoked it. It also has a small help section which may be helpful if
you're running it for the first time. You can see if you type
'help m_slice' at the matlab prompt:
Displays multiple (up to 24) transverse slices.
based on spm_transverse.m from the SPM99 distribution
---------------------------
Usage: Type "m_slice(SPM,VOL,hReg)" at the matlab prompt after
displaying the results through the "RESULTS" button.
Slices are peeled downward from the slice on which the
cursor is positioned (only the z dimension is relevant).
The default max T value for the color bar is 7.
If a different T value is desired, it can be entered as
the fourth argument, e.g. "m_slice(SPM,VOL,hReg,9)"
for a max T value of 9.
---------------------------
Please, email me directly if you have any further questions.
Best,
Kalina
