Dear John,
The m_slice program does not have an option for coronal section - it
only displays axial sections. Originally, I planned to have a coronal view
option developed, however meanwhile, Matthew Brett wrote a much
more flexible and useful program that displays slices in all three
orientations. It is still under development, though there is a
preliminary version that can be used (see previous spm messages for the
address where it can be downloaded).
Matthew's program can also be used to set different thresholds and to
display multiple contrasts onto the same image with different colors. At
the moment, you would need to have some matlab experience in order to
achieve that, but Matthew's idea is to eventualy have a GUI widget
with buttons and sliders for these things, and I've promised to help with
the it. It should be ready some time soon.
Please, let me know directly if you had any questions about the m_slice
code.
Best wishes,
Kalina
