Dear Ricardo,
Brasilian legislation for Long Combination Vehicles allows up to 74t of GCW
.
There is a site http://www.mj.gov.br/ where you can find a Resolution, Nr
68 and Nr75 for dimensional and weight limits.
Look for DENATRAN - Departamento Nacional de Trânsito and
CONTRAN - Conselho Nacional de Trânsito.
There is no statement, however, about dinamic loads.
We are studying the subject at our Engineering School but are at the very
beginning.
As far as I know the more advanced research groups are UMTRI in the US ( Tom
Gillespie) and Cambridge in England ( David Cebon)
Best regards
