Can anyone tell me if there are circumstances when BT Premier Line might
be beneficial compared with BT Together? The lady on the BT Sales Desk
was totally thrown by this question. So I then asked her why they did
not abolish Premier Line altogether if it had no advantage over
Together. She seemed even more confused by that question then wondered
if the service would be withdrawn.
When BT sold me Together instead of Premier Line last week, they didn't
tell me that Country Plans are not allowed in Together. The lady today
was also unable to explain WHICH international calls are cheaper in
Together and which are not.
I assume that my 132/Cable and Wireless facility will still work?
Can anyone advise on all these complexities?
