Greetings Friends,
I am currently being asked about the level of "Additional
Support" that I can offer to students within the Library/LRC. As far as I am
concerned I offer a comprehensive service to all members of the student
body, if someone needs assistance with a search strategy on the Internet, or
help with a CD, or cannot use the Catalogue, then we help them. Therefore I
find the concept of "Additional Support" a little problematic. Has anyone
else in the FE sector come across this recently, and if so how have they
approached the question?
Thanks in advance for your replies (please reply to my
personal address, not to the list), I will of course summarise for the list
if requested.
Love & Peace,
Steve B.
