Issue 7 (February 2000) of the BUILDER Project Newsletter has been released.
This issue covers key areas of Project activity from November 1999 -
February 2000 and includes updates on the impact of the electronic delivery
of learning materials, the exam paper database, cascading BUILDER
technologies, search engines and electronic short loan.

The electronic version of the journal Midland History is now available at
http://www.bham.ac.uk/midlandhistory
It contains the full text of articles from the past 28 years. The site is
open to anybody, except for the final delivery of the articles themselves,
which are available to subscribers. The product is a result of BUILDER's
digitisation strand but also demonstrates technologies used across BUILDER
products. Administration of the journal can take place from the Web.
