Develop the necessary know-how needed to write a winning service plan in:
Service planning
A two day workshop on 28 & 29 November, LAHQ, London
This practical workshop will take you through the key phases of service
planning processes and provide workshop opportunities to facilitate
translation of the skills learnt into real workplace results. If you wish
you can bring along work you have done towards preparing your service plan
for use in the practical workshop sessions within this event. Managers who
have not yet made a start on developing any information with which to work
will be partnered with others who are able to bring their work products to
this event.
You should not therefore bring confidential information to this workshop.
How will this workshop help you?
By the end of the day you will be able to:
* understand the service planning process
* assess your service planning information needs and develop plans for
being informed of these on a continuing basis
* use SWOT analysis and customer and service research to write service
plan objectives that fulfil the 'SMART' mnemonic
* understand the process for aligning resources to service plan
objectives and develop methods for doing this in the workplace
* make a start on your workplace service plan or work with other
participants on a real service plan
Who will benefit from attending?
