Hi Jenny,
Feel free to contact me again but here's a few answers -
circa 19000 requests p.a., ILL Department forms part of our
Technical Services Division along with Periodicals,
Cataloguing and Acquisition Depts, ILL Dept is run by
Senior Library Assistant (a professionally qualified
librarian but someone not on an academic related scale),
she reports to me as does the Periodical Department
manager, main source of requests due to time constraints IS
BL - sometimes Lamda and RLG's Shares for overseas material.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Pennie
PS. Have received cheque and will pay it in and send you
relevant amount.
