LECTURESHIP IN GEOPHYSICS
Initial salary within the range £18,731 - £30,967 pa
Applications are invited for a lectureship in Geophysics,
available from 1 January 2001 in a large department
nationally graded as excellent for research and teaching in
Geology, Geophysics and Oceanography. Candidates should
have a proven research track record and be able to
contribute to all levels of undergraduate geophysics
teaching. He/she should develop new research areas in
either seismology, geomagnetism, geodynamics or space-based
geodesy, or complement our existing core research
activities in Earth Sciences.
