I think it is necessary to make it by cooperation of technical staff or
some others form outside uni but according your design. Such facility has
been made by a PhD student at the University of Sydney, Australia under
supervision of A/Prof. John Small. You may contact him.
I am trying to get a grant for such work. Would you please forward any
