Economists, including those who are not currently members of the Econometric
Society or the European Economic Association,
are invited to submit papers for possible presentation at the meeting.
It is hoped that papers presented at the meeting will represent a broad
spectrum of applied and theoretical economics and econometrics.

Two copies of a paper, together with three copies of an abstract,
prepared as described below, should be sent to the appropriate Programme Chair
at the corresponding address given above.
Submissions will not be considered if received after March 15,
2001, therefore authors should allow for potential delays in
international mail. Submissions by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
It is expected that decisions on submissions will be made by May 15, 2001.
Jointly-authored papers should be submitted by the
presenting author. Please note that each participant may present only one
paper at each congress.
