I would say the institution. One would be likely to lose
the employer for future placements if such demands were
made for such a short term and essentially goodwill gesture
(this same goodwill attitude, as far as taking on a short
term placement, would also apply to non-disabled students).
I suggest the Access fund to used. It may be possible to
hire the chair from the supplier for the time required. As
such things are often provided on 30 day approval anyway
another week won't spoil it.
