This is true for student eligibility - although I believe that the Education
(Student Support) Regulations 2000 only apply to education authorities in
England and Wales as stated in the title of the Reg's. I guess the
authorities in Gibraltar would pay (or not) according to their own policy.

LEA Awards Officers 4th edition, when it is printed, for them to use for
