The most recent issue of Sociological Research Online, Vol
5, No 3, November 2000, has just been published and you will
find a list of its contents below. Sociological Research
Online publishes fully peer reviewed articles across the
spectrum of the discipline. We never have a backlog, and
all articles are published within three months of
acceptance.

Applications are invited from people who would like to become members of
the Editorial Board of Sociological Research Online. The duties of a member
of
the Editorial Board are primarily the refereeing of articles submitted to
the journal together with participation in one telephone conference based
meeting per year. It is essential that Board members have good email and
IT facilities since the journal's business is conducted online.
Applications are particularly invited from readers of the journal who are
NOT based in
the United Kingdom. The application should include a brief CV and a
specification of the sociological and related fields in which you would be
prepared to review submissions.
