Why does one have to think only in terms of claims to profit in judging
the overall share of the cake? I would like to think in terms of revenue
sharing, and then the tremendous shift to services in markets. I hope no
one would label that as suboptimal in the near future !!

They intend to sell off @49% of each group. Also they have announced that Employees and Management can also bid for a slice of the cake. Does anyone have or know of access to any data regarding similar "joint ventures" in other industries.I would be particularly interested to hear from anyone who has had personal experience of these Employee/Management schemes. i.e. the number of employees who still have shares etc.
