The Summer term 2000 issue of the London Socialist Historians Newsletter
has just been published.
This issue contains an article by Hilda Kean on Public History in Britain
today and the work of the Ruskin Public History Discussion Group in
particular, plus a review by Stephen Roberts of Ian Foster's recent study
of the Chartist Land Plan in Heronsgate. It also contains, as usual,
details of forthcoming seminars and other events of interest to socialist
historians in the London area.
