I treasure my copy. I'd love to have a go at reprinting it. Is Bill still on
this mailing list? I think the Anglo-Saxon was typeset on his Anglo-Saxon
daisywheel typewriter - anyone know if there's an Anglo-Saxon font available
for modern Macs or PCs?
