WITNESS AGAINST WAR: a conference on researching the Quaker
peace testimony
Date: 1pm-4.30pm, Saturday 31 March 2001
Venue: Dennison Centre, University of Hull
Cost: 10 pounds (including refreshments)
***********************************************************

Organised by the Yorkshire Quaker Heritage Project, this is
the second in a series of conferences which will take place

Friends, local historians, and archivists/special

The conference will focus on the history of the Quaker
peace testimony, the particular experience of Quakers in
Yorkshire in interpreting that testimony during the 20th
