We, at Liverpool, do not pass on information to third
parties without the express wish of the person involved. To
do so would be in breach of UK Data Protection legislation.
Certain bodies such as the police can require exception and
have authority to do so.
This University has published a Data Protection policy and
some notes for guidance. These can be found on the web at
