Hello all,
I have a very noisy dataset with ASL perfusion. I have been thinking to search for artifacts with the ICA in MELODIC.
First, please let me know if it's a completely wrong idea. I'd highly appreciate that since I'm very new to the ICA.
Second, I understand that MELODIC does whitening of the timeseries before it runs ICA on them. My dataset consists of cerebral blood flow 3D images for each participant, concatenated together into a single 4D file in a standard space (284 participants in total). The images are independent and don't need to be whitened as far as I understand. How do I turn the whitening off?
Thank you in advance!
Dmitrii
