Hi Mark,
Yes, I looked at it.
I guess I am running in to memory problems.
The error that I see is:
merging all upsampled AD images into single 4D image
projecting all_AD onto mean FA skeleton
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): St9bad_alloc
/usr/local/fsl/bin/tbss_non_FA: line 104: 26541 Aborted
${FSLDIR}/bin/tbss_skeleton -i mean_FA -p $thresh mean_FA_skeleton_mask_dst
${FSLDIR}/data/standard/LowerCingulum_1mm all_FA all_${ALTIM}_skeletonised -a all_$ALTIM
I have 40 files. I just want to know if I can divide the data set in to 2 parts, 20 and 20 and run tbss_non_FA separately for the two data sets.
Should I move some files from the FAi folder before I could run tbss_non_FA.
Thanks,
-Tejasvi
