Hello all,
I am trying to run a paired t-test at the group level with mixed effects to look at the difference between two different intensities of stimuli, but it keeps crashing.
I get the following error message when it crashes:
FATAL ERROR ENCOUNTERED:
COMMAND:
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslmaths stats/zstat1 -mas mask thresh_zstat1
ERROR MESSAGE:
child killed: SIGABRT
END OF ERROR MESSAGE
child killed: SIGABRT
while executing
"if { [ catch {
for { set argindex 1 } { $argindex < $argc } { incr argindex 1 } {
switch -- [ lindex $argv $argindex ] {
-I {
incr arginde..."
(file "/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat" line 312)
Error encountered while running in main feat script, halting.
child killed: SIGABRT
in my model, I defined one EV with the copes (1 for the first intensity and -1 for the second) and one EV for each subject (I have 105 subjects total).
Would it be better to run it in two levels: 1) within-subject analysis of the differences between intensity 1 and 2 with fixed effect; 2) group analysis of outputs from (1) with mixed effect?
Could anyone help me understand why it crashes and how to run it successfully please?
Thanks a lot.
Marie
