Central European University in Budapest runs a 10 month intensive university preparatory program for refugees from European Economic Area countries, the Open Learning Initiative - University Preparatory Program (or OLIve-UP). Please consider circulating the call for applications to any organisations or contacts who may be interested: https://www.ceu.edu/sites/default/files/attachment/basic_page/15192/callforapplicationsolive-up2017-2018academicyear.pdf
Lack of paper documentation of previous degrees/university study is not an obstacle. The program is designed for students who are interested in gaining the academic skills needed to make a competitive application to an MA or BA program at a European university. We focus primarily on teaching social sciences subjects. We help students by offering intensive small group classes and Academic English training as well as one-on-one consultations to help identify universities and to help students prepare competitive applications to BA or MA programs.
Successful students will receive a full scholarship, including tuition waiver and travel assistance.
Deadline is 15 May.
Thank you very much for your assistance in circulating this.
