Thanks to all who responded.
I understand from what I have read that CI's can be calculated
(estimated) from the data available in the article, but they should
have been presented on the curves found in the text.
I understand that the farther to the right one looks to the curve, the
wider the CI's, but without them (CI's) it is hard to stop looking to
the right without knowing how wide the CI's are, and KM curves can
then mislead the reader (or accomplish just what the author intented
to do...).
