In its current issue (No 8/9) featuring Population Ethics includes, you find Gustaf Arrhenius, Stockholm University on “Précis Population Ethics”, to which Makoto Suzuki, Kansai University of Welfare Sciences, and Kaoru Ando, Kobe University, provide commentary papers. Also, Anne-Lise Mithout, contributes a paper “The Transformations of Special Schools for the Blind in Times of Inclusion: A French-Japanese Perspective.”
