Hello,
To get Aria to work with CCPN you need to have your PYTHONPATH environment variable to include /…/ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.4/python, where … = the directory path, and this is assuming you are using Analysis 2.4.0 or 2.4.1.
To get CCPN to work with Aria you need to set the ARIA2 environment variable to point to the top-level Aria directory (so the Aria equivalent of the ccpnmr/ directory).
