Colleagues and users may be interested in the forthcoming Scottish Handwriting 1: 1500-1700 palaeography class at the National Records of Scotland, run in partnership with the University of Edinburgh.
Students to our class will gain hands-on experience in transcribing and interpreting copies of original archival documents from NRS’s collections. All classes are led by NRS professional archivists.
Our course takes place on Tuesday evenings between 5:30pm and 7pm, beginning Tuesday 25th September.
