Subject: Emmer storage
I am looking for some technical data, which probably exists as results of some of your experimental work, but I cannot find it. I would be very grateful if you could either provide the data or point me toward appropriate publication(s) or potential sources of information.
The question is : in storage volume, what is the propotion of (dehusked) grain to spikelets for emmer?
In other words, if I store a given volume (for instance 100l) of threshed emmer spikelets, how many liters of dehusked emmer grains will I obtain?
Best wishes to all,
