Hi Simone,
The emmer from Feudvar W 3063 published by Borojevic in
Ber. Röm.-Germ. Komm. 72, 1991, 45-204 Taf. 1-63
is New Glume Wheat.
W 3063 is a huge quantity of New Glume Wheat with little emmer and einkorn.
In Bronze Age Agios Mamas (Becker / Kroll, Prehistoric Olynthos, in press, will
appear soon) I found only "true, good" emmer.
I now analize Neolithic plant remains from Okoliste, Bosnia (Visoko Plan of river
Bosna) with some New Glume Wheat, but most wheat is emmer and einkorn.
